When you book through the form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, the treatment you chose, your preferred date and time, and any coupon code you enter. When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see your phone number and anything you tell us.
We use these details only to confirm, change or remind you about your appointment, and to answer your questions. Booking requests from the website are saved in a private Google Sheet used only to manage bookings, and then passed to WhatsApp so we can confirm your slot. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
With your consent, this website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits, see which pages are useful and measure clicks on our call, WhatsApp and booking buttons. These tools set cookies only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, Google tags run without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings in the footer of every page.

Your appointment is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp or by phone. We are open every day, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone so we can offer the slot to another guest.
